“During COVID, I’ve done both Natasha’s #BuildABooty and #Glutecamp, both proved to be a great way to not only get exercise in but try new exercises especially during quarantine.

She is incredibly hands-on and during the program, you feel her wanting you to succeed. She will offer up modifications and choices depending on your skill and comfort level.

She also gives tips on how to work up to obtaining certain strength training goals (ie. single leg deadlifts). She is not only motivating but she is also an engaging trainer. Plus, she isn’t afraid to make a few jokes along the way.
